We noticed that our My Garage functionality, which allows users to save their vehicles during the shopping experience, wasn’t functioning on “About Us” pages on certain dealer sites. This has been addressed.
SimplePart’s Banner functionality allows the user to dismiss certain types of banners. On some specific sites, we noticed that the banner would come back if the user went to a new page. We’ve fixed this so that the banner will get the hint, so to speak.
We’ve been working for some time with our newest OEM partner, Mazda, to provide them with a B2B solution for their dealers, and are happy to say that it is now out in the world for you to see! (If you’re an enrolled Mazda dealer with a login, that is.) This will allow Mazda dealers to effectively and easily manage their accessories sales and serve their customers with as much efficiency as possible.
Volkswagen, Volkswagen Canada, Volvo (mobile), MOPAR and Toyota sites have been given a range of small aesthetic updates in order to help make the user experience on those sites as enjoyable and logical as possible.
We have some relatively recent functionality in the Control Panel that allows dealers to set orders they have on file to “Pay at Pickup,” but the styling was a bit off. This has been corrected.
We are now prepared to accommodate Volvo Canada service sites on a new template. We already have this ability for Volvo US sites, so we’re very excited to be able to expand service site functionality north of the border.
Dealers have the ability in the Control Panel to print an invoice. We’ve added that same functionality to Order Status pages to allow customers to do the same.
We noticed that certain “on sale” language on product details pages was a bit redundant and cleaned it up.
Certain sites, we’ve noticed, have had an issue where the search function hasn’t been operable on Android devices. We don’t want to be pegged as favoritists for Apple, and we’ve ensured that search works on all mobile devices the way it was intended.
We’ve enhanced dealers’ ability to upload images on the edit product screen in the Control Panel.
The language on the “Magic Pocket” printable has been changed to DIAWL on Mazda, per the client’s request.
