What is RTS?
Real-Time Shipping (RTS) helps you quickly find shipping rates using your UPS, FedEx, or USPS accounts, based on product size, weight and destination zip code. It picks the cheapest option for your customer and lets you add a fee to the shipping price to make more money. Best of all, it’s free to use!
What do you need?
A business account with UPS, FedEx, or USPS (not Stamps.com).
We’ll give you a secure link to share your login details. You can change your password after we set it up.
For other shipping services like Speedy Ship, Worldwide Express, or WorldShip, we might need extra information from you to get this set up.
Important notes
RTS uses product weight and size info provided by the OEM and/or MOTOR data to find shipping rates. If products within the order are missing this data, RTS will use your preset rates in the Shipping Rates Table. You can always contact the customer for extra shipping costs if needed.
RTS is only available for US clients right now.
